Mindfulness vs Meditation: What’s the Difference?
Mindfulness and meditation aren’t the same. Meditation is the training session; mindfulness is the everyday skill it builds. Learn simple practices, breath, body scan, loving-kindness, and walking to reduce stress, sharpen focus and sleep better. Start with five to ten minutes a day and sprinkle micro-pauses into work, meals and movement. Be curious, kind, and consistent. Notice distractions and gently return attention.
